Group registrations
A 5% discount is offered for groups of more than five people. Register using the group booking portal.
HSR tickets
Comcare is offering employers an opportunity to purchase two full day conference tickets for the price of one for HSRs. There are a strict number of discounted HSR tickets available to purchase. Nominations for discounted HSR tickets close Friday 12 July at 5.00pm AEST.
When selecting HSRs we request that, when possible, this is done in consultation with your agency’s health and safety committee.

- NOTE: Should you have a group of 10 or more wishing to attend the Conference Dinner, a discounted rate of $200 inc GST per ticket is available. Please contact the Conference Organiser via email.
Program
The program covers a range of topics with engaging keynotes including renowned Australian journalist Stan Grant and former Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins, along with panel sessions and informative and practical concurrent sessions.
We are excited to share that Osher Günsberg will present at the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 20 August. Held at the picturesque National Arboretum, this is a wonderful opportunity to network with fellow delegates in beautiful surroundings. A breakfast networking session will also be held on Day Two.

Registration terms and conditions
Cancellations and refunds
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. Registration transfers made on or before Friday 19 July 2024 will not incur any cost penalty. Registration transfers made after Friday 19 July 2024 will incur an $80 processing fee. All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform the Conference Secretariat in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee of $150 including GST, will be made on or before Friday 19 July 2024. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after 5.00pm AEST Friday 19 July 2024. Please note that accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual provider concerned.
Photography and videography
Photos and video will be taken at the conference and social functions. A range of photos will be available on our website and may be used for promotional activities, print and online.
If you prefer not to be involved or have any concerns regarding the conference photography and/or videography, please contact the conference team prior to the event or speak to a Comcare representative onsite.
