The Comcare led Collaborative Partnership to improve work participation has engaged Swinburne University of Technology’s Centre for Social Impact to deliver a national scan and analysis of cross-sector services that support people with a health condition or disability participate in good work.
While most of Australia’s major income and benefit support systems use services, it is not known how these services engage, operate and perform across all sectors, schemes and systems.
This research will enable an understanding of the use and practices of cross-sector services. It will help identify areas of duplication and provide insights into the best opportunities for alignment across services, sectors and systems. It will also provide the best ways to support people with a health condition or disability to stay at work, return to work and be job ready and their employers.
