Comcare is looking for researchers, medical providers and/or anyone wanting to make a difference to asbestos-related diseases and exposure in Australia.
Senator the Hon Christopher Evans launched a $1.5 million fund to support research projects and new initiatives or programs that prevent or better manage asbestos exposure or improve treatment for asbestos disease sufferers.

Comcare has established an assessment panel for the Asbestos Innovation Fund. Panel members have a range of skills and experience, and represent the medical and research fields as well as the community.
