SRCC Safety Awards

 
 

The Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission (SRCC) Safety Awards were held from 2001-11. The awards were designed to reward and recognise excellence in workplace health and safety and rehabilitation/return to work.

The awards were open to individual and organisations operating within the Commonwealth occupational health and safety and workers’ compensation jurisdiction.

These awards are now administered by Comcare with the assistance of the SRCC. With the commencement of the new work health and safety (WHS) laws in January 2012, Comcare became the sole regulator of WHS in the scheme.
