Disclosure Log

From 1 May 2011 Comcare is required by the Freedom of Information Act 1982 to publish a register of information that has been released in response to an FOI access request.

The Disclosure log will provide ready access to information that has already been publicly released by Comcare.

Comcare must publish this information within 10 working days of giving the FOI applicant access to the information (s11C(6)).
